This means we offer high-quality, affordable living for households that meet specific income and eligibility requirements. Some homes are under the affordable LIHTC program. To qualify for a LIHTC home, the household's gross (pre-tax) annual income must be at or below the amounts listed under the Income Limits section below.
Full-Time Students
If all household members are full-time students, one of the following must apply:
Students are married.
Students participate in job training partnership acts or similar programs.
Student previously under foster care.
Student receives cash AFDC/TANF Benefits.
Single parents student claims themselves on their tax return, and the children are claimed by one of the parents.
To qualify for some homes, the household's gross (pre-tax) annual income must be at or below the following amounts:
1 Person per Household - $47,460
2 People per Household - $54,240
3 People per Household - $61,020
4 People per Household - $67,800
5 People per Household - $73,260
6 People per Household - $78,660
7 People per Household - $84,120
